BAWS offer a wide range of services to women in the community such as:

- Advocacy and Campaigning
- Information, Advice and Guidance
- Counselling
- Education and Employment Support
- Signposting women to specialist services
- Supporting the development of leisure and recreational activities
- Training and vocational activities
- Drop-in facilities for isolated and hard-to-reach women and families
- Saturday Supplementary School
- Afghan Senses and Allotment
